I walked around the gym doing nothing. Mainly because my right shoulder had been previously injured in the past. Any upper-body work I do, I use light weight and do plenty of reps to ensure I don’t reinjure my shoulder. So, much of my working out involves rehabbing that shoulder.

In our walk with God, we have some areas that are fragile. Weak. Broken. But God knows how to do rehab and therapy. But do know that we serve a God who, one of these days, will add another plate.

Just like weight lifters add another plate, God will add another plate on top of what you are already struggling through. That’s part of being in the gym.
